Neurosurgeon Dr. Arthur Chou, M.D. was one of the key speakers at the recent Stroke Awareness Community Event. Dr. Chou explained that time is brain; that is, the faster someone experiencing the onset of a stroke gets treatment, the better chance they will have of experiencing a full recovery.
