Surgery is often a step in cancer therapy. Seton has experienced surgeons who provide care for a diverse range of cancer diagnoses. For prostate and gynecologic tumors, for example, surgeons may choose to perform minimally invasive procedures that enhance healing time and reduce the impact on surrounding tissue. Stereotatic technology with computer navigation and CUSA ultrasonic tissue ablation are also available.
