Admissions & Discharge

Committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all our patients, AHMC Anaheim Regional Medical Center strives to coordinate timely admissions and discharges. Discharge planning is an important part of your treatment plan and begins at the time of your admission.

For more information about our Admissions & Discharge policies, please call: The Admitting Department at (714) 999-6167

Discharge

The discharge time is 11:00 am.
Please make arrangements for a responsible adult to pick you up at 11:00 am.

Your physician and our staff will help you with the following:

Checking out of the hospital.
Extended or home-health professional services.
Home care instructions.

Advance Directives

An Advance Directive is a legal document that will authorize the person designated as your spokesperson if you are unable to make your own medical decisions.

If you already have an Advance Directive, we ask that you bring that with you when you come in for your preoperative testing or on the day of admission. If you do not already have an Advance Directive, you may click below to download one in PDF format. The instructions on the form will guide you in completing the Advance Directive. If you have any questions, please contact us.
